My second lockdown combo cut. My favorite of the three. Multiple cutting positions create the Inverted Line, Disconnection, A-line External Graduation and Convex Layers.

I started my journey by graduating from Paul Mitchell San Diego in 2007. I worked at a couple salons in the area, The Salon and Spa and Phillip Edwards, before moving back to the bay area in 2011. I worked at SFIEC, a Paul Mitchell partner school, for 6+ years where I was their Cutting Specialist and Barber Education Leader. During my time there I re-wrote 1/3 of the cosmetology cutting program and wrote and curated all the education for their barber program, which I ran for a year before moving to People's Barber as Director of Education and then Fellow Barber as an Educator. In 2019 I started the company M Education, was contracted as a National Cutting Educator for Rene Furterer and launched HairEducation.me in 2020.
